Muntinlupa/NCR Baseball Team is 2025 Palarong Pambansa Champion

PTC-CSJ Foundation is proud to announce that Muntinlupa’s baseball team, representing the NCR, is 2025 Palarong Pambansa Champion.

The NCR team was comprised of 11 players from Bayanan Elementary School – Main (BESM) of Muntinlupa and one player each from Quezon City, Taguig and Pasig. Down by 5 runs, the NCR team beat Western Visayas with a score of 8-7.

BESM is the first public school in the NCR to become a champion in baseball (elementary level).

Sports development through baseball, implemented in partnership with Lingkod Muntinlupa Foundation, is a component of PTC-CSJ’s Growing Good to Great Kids (3G) Program.

PTC-CSJ has been supporting BESM’s baseball team since 2011 and its current coach, Darlene Dolleton, was herself part of BESM’s team that was trained through the 3G’s baseball component. She is a member of the Philippine Women’s Baseball Team.
